This article helps answer:

What changes will occur in the body during pregnancy?

How much weight will you gain during pregnancy?

Is pregnancy very painful?

Even if you are only a few weeks pregnant, you may have started to see or feel small changes. Your body will continue to change as you are making every effort to support and provide nutrition for your baby. When you feel uncomfortable, thinking about it makes you feel much better. Please remember that your body is your baby's first home, and we all want our guests to be happy, so please try to accept all the changes you see and feel with a positive attitude as much as possible.

Early changes in the body during pregnancy

Although it may not be easily noticeable to outsiders, you are likely to feel some small changes from the beginning of pregnancy.

Morning sickness, fatigue, breast pain, and irritability are all early signs that you may be pregnant.

Many partners choose not to share pregnancy information until the first ultrasound is done and the baby's development is checked at week 12. If you experience any of the above symptoms, especially severe fatigue and morning sickness, it may be difficult for you to pretend to be indifferent among friends and colleagues.

Rest as much as possible and take slow steps after work to help alleviate symptoms such as nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.

When will pregnant body posture begin to appear?

Although each woman is different, it may not be apparent that you are pregnant until the middle stage (13 to 29 weeks). In the mid-term, you will find that your clothes become tighter and your belly will become more noticeable.

Purchase several pieces of maternity clothing or larger clothing to maintain comfort. Foot swelling is another symptom of pregnancy. If you must wear high heels, please take them off as much as possible when allowed and find time to lift your feet.

Another change you may see, if you are lucky enough, is more and denser hair. Pregnant women have less hair loss than usual.

Will it hurt during pregnancy?

Varicose veins and hemorrhoids: During pregnancy, you are more likely to be troubled by varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time, and do not tilt your feet while sitting. And one should consult a doctor to treat hemorrhoids with medication.

Vaginal discharge: At this time, it is normal for your vagina to have thin and white discharge (called vaginal discharge), which can help maintain vaginal health. If the condition and color of the secretion are different, you need to consult a doctor for examination.

Darkening skin tone: Progesterone can cause pigmentation, and dark spots may appear on the face and abdomen. After being exposed to the sun, the darkening of the skin will worsen, so remember to apply enough sunscreen when going out.

Shortness of breath or shortness of breath: Your lungs produce more oxygen to deliver to the fetus, so you may experience faster or shorter breathing.

Appetite increase: Although pregnancy often makes you feel hungry, you don't need to eat "two person portions". When you want to eat snacks, you can choose healthy foods such as fruits or cheese.

Nipple leakage: Your nipple may begin to leak colostrum. Colostrum is the breast milk that can be fed to a baby after birth. Use breast pads to avoid leaving marks on clothing.

Braxton Hicks contractions: You may experience rehearsal contractions, indicating that your body is preparing for childbirth. The timing of the appearance of Braxton Hicks contractions is uncertain. If you feel strong and frequent contractions, you need to call a doctor and be ready to give birth at any time!
